Never throw away the oil from those jars of Sundried Tomatoes or Sundried Peppers etc. Just get some day old bread, slice off the crusts, chop into cubes and cover with the left over oil. If you don’t have enough oil to cover all the cubes of bread, add more of your favourite such as Olive or Rapseed. Place in a hot oven around 200deg and cook for 10 mins.
Always put the timer on as these things will burn at exactly 11 mins, I know from bitter experience.
