Julie at A slice of Cherry Pie is hosting her annual Easter Cake Bake. The brief was to bake a Cake or several small cakes, so I thought I would combine the two together. This was going to be fun so here is my contribution. A basic Vanilla Sponge Cake filled with Blackberry Curd, covered in Yellow, Lemon flavoured butter Cream and topped with mini Cupcakes individually crowned with sugar coated mini chocolate eggs.
